"Once again, I find myself
writing to complement your staff. As
you are aware, the Alcohol and Other
Drug Prevention Programming Office
is moving into the refurbished old
Student Health Center. Our move has
been far from easy, and every time
I think I have things coordinated,
something changes and I find myself
back to square one. Yesterday, our
furniture was delivered; we will not
be moving in for awhile, but to save
storage fees, we had Thomas Ruff deliver
our furniture ahead of time. With no notice,
I called Fred after being told by a representative
from Thomas Ruff that he needed an IT
person to run cables through several
wall units. Before I could make it from
my office in the new SHS building back
to the old SHS building, Fred had already
made it to the scene and discussed what
was required with the Thomas Ruff representative.
In no time at all, Chris Solano was on
the scene taking care of business.
Casey, throughout our move process, which has now been going on for several months,
Matt Fitzgerald has been ever so attentive. He gives me IT guidance when I need
it, listens patiently and always answers my questions; regardless of how ridiculous
they seem. I can't imagine going through this current move without Matt. When
I need to lean on him, he is always there for me.
One final note....above and beyond the gentlemen I mentioned above, you really
are blessed with a fabulous staff!! I can't say enough about the quality customer
service we in our department continually receive from your tech support. Aaron,
Scot, Chris, and Nelson are top notch. We are all faced with various frustrations
during the work day, but let me say that computer issues are the least of my
concerns, and that's due to the professional service we receive from your staff.
Casey, please let your entire staff know how much we in the AOD program appreciate
everything they do."
